The first post seems like such a hurdle to overcome. I suppose I'll talk about what I envision this blog to be. One of my best friends from college shares my love of chocolate. Between the two of us, we probably ate more chocolate that ten people should. After graduation, we ended up on opposite sides of the country. We decided that having a blog about chocolate would be one way to keep in touch and have fun.
So, what should you expect from this blog? Basically anything chocolate related. We'll review chocolate, tell stories about chocolate, talk about our favorite types and purveyors, and knowing us, probably do chocolate and alcohol pairings.
Although we both prefer dark chocolate, we don't turn down milk. We know that to be a true aficionado of chocolate, one must love and understand both the luxurious complexity of 72% cacao and the delicious satisfaction of Snickers.
